Really like the food, but the last 3 times I've ordered from them the food is way late. This time I ordered an hour early and... it's still 20 mins late... so if you order and they say 25 mins expect 30 to 40 and you'll be OK ???? I'd give 5 stars if theywere on time. Read more

Food was decent, service was not great. After seeing the reader's choice awards on the wall and reading the reviews I was pretty... excited to try the Bamboo Hut (we stumbled on this place out walking tonight). Our server was polite enough, but didn't ask ifwe wanted to order drinks (we would have), didn't check on us as we were looking through the menu (we were new customers andtook a long time to order, we would have appreciated recommendations). We finished the waters that were brought to the table butthey were never filled (even as the other server filled her table's glasses). We ordered 3 dishes, but would have ordered 1 or 2more if we had some input from our server. Our bill (and her tip) could have been double had she put in any effort. We also hadto wait for her to finish her cleaning duties & try to find a lost receipt before we could pay & leave. Wouldn't make a specialtrip back, but maybe a take out order to eat at the beach.
