Phoned to make reservations on this rainy day for 6 adults and was told to come by at 7 pm. When we arrived, our party was told... that "the guy got sick and left" and that they were closing up for the night. Poor service, poor management and no organization. The bowling alley itself is in terrible condition. It use to be a great place... to go, but lack of management and business knowledge has made the place continue to go down hill. Highly recommend HeritageLanes in Red Deer instead. Read more
