I think nearly every single time I've been to this Wendy's I've been jipped on something. They "confirm", only individual things... as you're ordering them, not the whole thing after, so I almost always end up paying for something I don't get and don't realizeit until I'm home, and they never give you your receipt so I can't go back and get it. I honestly feel bad for the girl workingthe drive-thru today because it seems like she's doing everything back there while the two other people are just shufflingaround and chatting. At least there's a nice "warning sign" that we got a pic of to let everyone know how low Qua ity the foodand drive thru is. Read more
First time going to the Wendy?s in sylvan lake. The drive through attendant wasn?t very friendly, I feel like a lot of people... would consider him rude but he honestly just sounded like he hated his job and was trying his best to be friendly lol. Therewere a few minor mix ups, nothing too bad but we?re told we had to wait for fries for the adult meal, no problem! The guy whobrought out our fries was walking SO slow. Like the smallest steps he could possibly make and going as slow as possible. Itlooked very intentional? He didn?t say anything, just handed me my food and walked off. I?ve never seen someone act like that,it?s just kind of rude, especially when we have a car full of screaming kids lol. The kids fries were all cold when we got themat the window and the only thing that seemed fresh were the adult fries but it?s a drive through so ??????????? Overall, foodwas probably a 2.5/5 to 3/5 for a drive through, but customer service was pretty terrible. I don?t expect workers to loveworking in fast food but if you hate it that much, you should find another job. I also forgot to mention that they were very,very slow. Read more
Been numerous times and keep expecting the same service I get everywhere else but never do. I have no words. My drink had one... (yes, 1) ice cube and was flat. After my 5 min drive home every thing was cold. C'mon guys. Read more
After driving across many provinces and being at a various locations, we arrived in Sylvan Lake this past week and wondered what... on earth has happened!? First.. all the staff there are extremely rude! They do not know how to greet people nor be courteous atall. We went twice this past week and each time was the same. The bathroom in the woman's bathroom was leaking soap all over thewall and floor in a continuous stream. The fountain drink area was flooded each time and yes they had a sign to be careful. thefact that no one was bothering with the puddles was a major concern. The 2nd time we went..same people working..same rudeness..same flooding by the drink machine but this time in the bathroom they just had zero soap at all. No dispenser. So we wouldnot return for a round 3 of their incompetence!!! Read more
