Worst customer service. The staff (female) who took my order is extremely rude everytime I place the order with this location.... It has been a couple of times now that I ordered pizza and it came so dry and cold. I never called to complaint. The last time Iordered, I received the pizza dry (again) and I called to complaint. And she was the one who answered and was really really rudeand was just not ready to accept that the pizza was cold. I called today to place an order for delivery and I just requested herto deliver the pizza hot. And she just started arguing and saying mean things. So I cancelled my order. Watch out for these scam artists! Order yourself online and never call it in. We called in our order and were over charged by... $10!!!!!!!! When I checked online, it confirmed my worries and when I called, first the lady on the phone tried saying it wascorrect, then when I called her out she tried to say their prices were increasing yet there's no notice for the customersanywhere! Pizzas like cardboard, I almost always throw away about half of it when I get one. Only good thing is that its open for delivery... til 2am and has barely any competition with the power outage situation. Ordered a cesar salad and a chicken burger. Have to say it was the worst cesar salad I've ever had, beyond oversaturated with... dressing and I wouldn't even call that a chicken burger, it was a small piece of a chicken strip placed on the bun.
