So disappointed! We will never eat here again. This restaurant really doesn't care about it's customers. We ordered 2 pizzas and... one was LOADED with an overwhelming amount of onion and the other was so soggy that the crust was stringy wet dough - both werecompletely inedible. We double checked the menu and the first pizza is listed as not having onions (had we have known, we wouldhave ordered without as we did with the second). We picked up our pizza and opened it within 5 minutes of paying, so it hadn'tsat long. My husband called the restaurant and explained our situation very politely and they were completely rude to him. Theytold us that they don't use the same ingredients that are listed on the online menu and if we have a problem with that then weshould call head office. How on earth is that a customer issue? Secondly, in regards to the soggy sop of a pizza, they told usthat that is just the price we have to pay for having vegetables on our pizza - again, how is that a customer issue? We paidover $60 for two pizzas, which is NOT cheap, and both were completely inedible. It is really important to me to support localbusinesses whenever I can, but this restaurant could care less about us as customers and especially our satisfaction. I canhonestly say I will never be back and won't be recommending Houston Pizza in Swift Current to anyone. I'm so disappointed. We dopizza every Friday night and I was really excited to spend time dining in and trying all of the other items on the menu. Verysad that in a such a small town where community is the foundation of our successes, we don't matter. Read more
Food was awesome and our server Maddie was great tonight and the hostess was so nice to but was upset to have the first thing to... happen as soon as we walked in was to hear the taller blonde hair waitress with a bandana swear at the hostess for attempting todo her job what was said was uncalled for and would not have been tolerated at any of the resturaunts I've managed. It's becauseof that first impression of that staff member our visit does not get 5 stars today. Rest of staff was friendly though andcheerful and food was so good. Read more
Ordered an all meat pizza for delivery. Order arrived in a timely manner. Pizza was barely warm and the crust under the toppings... was very hard as if it had been reheated on a grill plate or a frying pan. The cheese was not melted. There was however plentyof toppings. I think this was a barely reheated pizza from an earlier time. I was very disappointed as our pizza from there isusually spot on. Read more
We went out for brunch and had a great meal. A good selection of food. The waiter was very good. He kept the coffee cups full... and had a good sense of humor. Read more

Staff will not even look at you. Lounge is ok but if you go to the restaurant be ready to Waste 2 hours of your life. Was done... eating for over an hour and she would not give us our bill. *update* just warning others. We were a whole team together and onlytable there that night.
