Staff was great. Food wasn’t so much. But, what did I expect ordering a Greek Salad and French Onion Soup. Just not up to... snuff. That being said, my companions meals of a Boston Brute and Pizza were adequate. Read more

I ordered a beef dip and a brownie , they said it would be 45 minutes, I am in a hotel 5 minutes from the restaurant, an hour... and a half later still hadn’t received order lol I called to cancel, waited on hold for 5 minutes for a manager to‘accept’ the cancellation, no sorry just an okay. Edit October 2022: the service is usually pretty good here. I tried the meatloaf which is a new item on the menu. It was ok but... the texture was not great. I do really enjoy the pizza although I find it pretty expensive. My nephew really loved the ribs. -.Ihad the french onion soup and it was luke warm and didn't have much cheese on top. The service was pretty slow, it took a longtime for the food to come and for refills. One of our meals came out almost 5 minutes after the others. It wasn't nice they hadto watch the rest of us eat. Noah the manager has the worst attitude in customer service I have ever experienced. When I brought it to his attention that my... order was wrong his arrogance and attitude was stunningly horrific. I cannot believe the owners of this Boston pizza have putthis guy in charge. He made me feel like I was in the wrong. And he treated me with zero respect.
