The staff were really nice, so service is not an issue. However, I was so disappointed in the items I purchased. I had a dark... chocolate hazelnut mocha and it did not taste like hot chocolate or coffee. It tasted like chemicals, kind of like plastic. Ithought it would be good since? how could you mess up a mocha? So I ordered a medium and had so much regret. A waste of almost$7. Then I got an oat fudge bar which was so nasty. So, we just came to the store at 6:40 and wanted to order just 1 item and the barista/cashier at the store refused to take our... order at multiple requests. He insisted that the store closes at 7 and last order to be taken was till 6:45, we were at thestore around 6:37/38 and when it was our turn to order the time was 6:40 and he refused to take our order. It was one of myworst experiences at any coffee store or a restaurant im general. Really suggest not opting to go for this as if the customerdoes not matter to them, its not at all a good store and would rather recommend going to other coffee shops like starbucks whoprioritise the customer?s satisfaction.
