I don't really expect restaurant-quality because it's McDonald's and people shouldn't expect perfection or fine dining, but this... is pretty disappointing. Ordering from the kiosks never saves time because it seems as though my order takes much longer thanothers - even those that have ordered way after me. It's not too upsetting because I'm pretty sure the staff is in training, butit's still frustrating. Also, the entire bottom bun of my last egg mcmuffin was burnt??? (Plus, each time I go there, it'sreally awkward waiting because I constantly hear the manager(?) berating the staff. Maybe there's more productive ways to get amessage across to your staff instead of insulting them.) Read more
