They made my drink wrong. And wen I told them they were very rude. They argued they made it right and so I showed them the... recipe on the app. The boy working there admitted he forgot to add the pumps of vanilla. The customer service I just received from this location was very unfortunate. I ordered and paid for my drink and after the... baristas chatted for a while, they then discussed how to make my drink and also filled it only half full. I asked them to top upwith milk and they said because I ordered light ice that I should be asking for a latte next time. I order the exact same drinkthe same way every day. Every day I leave with a full cup. I don't understand how today was so different than every other day. Iunderstand I may need to pay more if I want milk to replace ice, but don't be rude and don't ignore my order until the end ofyour conversation. Read more
