So order a sandwich and tea but was told to pull forward. They have no parking spot and one is expected to just stop blocking... cars coming and entering the site. Worst service. Took 20+ mins to get a veggie sandwich they have and they added bacon in it, made my day. Also, its not always... the case with employees. Tim Hortons's policy of prioritizing on-line orders is cruel. Its bad for the employees as well aswalk-in customers. Read more
This is one to avoid if you want medium to good service. After waiting in line then go up to one of the order boards and wait... ... then a vehicle comes up to other board, orders and proceeds ahead of me. This is so frustrating. Will not use that oneagain. Read more

So rude employee!!!The manager instead of apologizing for the employee's rudeness. he went and defend her! We ordered a... croissant and medium coffee and when my boyfriend ask about their pastry sandwich she suddenly raised her voice and startedtalking rude to us. We then pulled over to get our order but was met with the guy manager who didn't even bother to tell hisemployee to apologize for her bad behavior.
