I went around 3 in the morning on my way home from work, ordered a uncle burger to which the lady taking my order was rude. Me... and car waited between 5-10 min parked in drive thru as the two coworkers were chatting and laughing, when I pulled up to paythere was that fake smile then the lady turned around and started speaking another language she assumed I didn?t know (I did)and bad mouth me and joke about tampering with my order to her coworker.. Incredibly disappointed in the behaviour that isallowed nowadays in this franchise, hope things can change for the better. Read more
I order 2 chicken wraps and I asked if the could put a little more lettuce on them because they sometimes cheap out on the... lettuce. The person behind the counter wanted to charge me 50 cents per wrap total $1 for this. This is a sad way to treat yourcustomers. I will never spend my money there again. I wish I could give no stars. Yet another great experience at another A&W location, once again they gave a full five star class restaurant experience, I am... not sure If A&W has changed management or if they simply did not allow the pandemic take their amazing customer caredown.
