I don't know how you can consistently forget the lettuce and tomato on a bacon, egg, LETTUCE AND TOMATO sandwich. It's in the... name. Tim hortons overall quality and service has been going down overall since last two years. This one joins the list , as seen... persistently in all other comments ?amount of time they have messed up my coffee is way beyond acceptable ? . Bagels are nottoasted even after asking for toasted and coffees are 65% filled usually. (Considering i am here talking about night staff as Iusually go there mid night) . Today ordered pumpkin spice latte and was given almost regular latte with less than alight syrupand she also forgot to put cream. There was no line at all. Being it 2:15 AM. Why can?t you make simple order right? I went backimmediately making circles in drive through and she was like I added enough syrup i just forgot cream with so much of attitude.She took coffee I tasted back opened it and added cream!!!! What happened to service policy? I took coffee back to my workplaceand shook it well with spoon than pumpkin spice taste started!! So making latte and just adding syrup doesn?t make it right! 2 out of 5 times they mess up my order. I go every morning, and I usually het the same thing. Also if you get a large latte, the... cups never full. It?s the amount of a medium?. If that. Why? How hard is it to fill the cup. The lack of care and quality thatcomes from this place is ridiculous. But there?s no other choice for me in the morning otherwise I wouldn?t bother going hereanymore.
