Awesome place , lots of dine in space and great staff. Never been to Mexico so would not be able to comment on the authenticity... of the food but what we had was awesome . The tacos were very juicy and yum????. Chimichanga was some thing that looked good butnot sure I would have the fried burrito again ???? . Great tasting tacos, always end up getting a good variety and they are all delicious! Nice little Salsa bar for you to try some... different flavours and heat levels with your food. Center of the restaurant has a small kids area to play. Read more
Visited half a dozen times by now and the food is predictably good. I can?t comment how authentic their Mexican is but the taco... fillings are flavorful. For a side order, their potato chips are delicious and their salsa bar makes it worth the visit for me.Note that they have a third of the variety they used to pre-Covid but I go back for the speed of service, decent decor andunfussy flavorful food. Had the taco tuesday feeling yesterday and Sal y Limon hit that spot. Was not expecting such good tacos from a chain restaurant... but, the ones we got (al pastor, carnitas, barbacao, pierna and lengua) were honestly really well done. Really juicy meats withtons of flavor. Really liked the design on the onside of this place too with a lot of paintings. High ceilings makes it feelvery open as well and kinda makes the tacos more fun to eat. We also came in pretty late in the day and Birajdeep was veryhelpful with explaining what comes with each taco. A good selection of menu items. The shrimp and fish tacos are my favorite. Unfortunately, the meats were kind of dry the last... time I ate there (specifically the pollo). The Diablo hot sauce has really good heat - make sure to try that one. I would ratethis restaurant 4 stars, but knocked off a star due to the service (or lack there of). I informed the food runner/server thatthe hot sauces were empty and she responded with "I'm really busy right now" and walked away. I understand that you might beshort staffed, or have a lot of food to run out to tables, but she could have provided an answer that was less dismissive. Read more
