I went there with my bf around 5:28 and got the breakfast, the girl who was working there had zero customer service as she shut... down the drive through window pretty hard on us as we were only greeting her and on the top she was having airpods in her ear .Being at job of customer service by myself i was so disappointed by the act . Their drinks were all flat. They made no attempt to correct that. We finally ordered a lemonade but it tasted like water. When... we tried to return it they discovered the lemon syrup was empty. The ketchup needed to be refilled. Several people before us hadasked for it. We asked for it as well. Two people after we placed our order asked for it and it finally was taken away to berefilled. The food. Was made fresh and delicious! The restaurant was a bit dirty, including the washroom. The service was so-so; efficient... but not very friendly. I wanted to use a coupon but the manager said they don?t accept them anymore. Read more
What can I say it's A&W! Food is probably greatest quality of all the chains in the area, however if you are looking for speed... give the place a miss....been here 3 times and each time it's taken at least ten minutes from ordering to get to the collectionwindow, then another 5 minutes for the order to be fulfilled. Servers were really friendly and super courteous andpolite......just really slow service (seem only to be one server each time I've been at lunchtime which seems really badplanning...end up with one person taking orders from drive in, handing food to customers at drive in and taking orders andhanding food to customers in restaurant....give that woman a raise I say!)
