I always make a note in the special directions "lots of lettuce please and thank you", as I only get lettuce tomatoe and... cucumber on my sandwiches. Every other subway location has no problem with it. I started ordering online from this locationafter moving in the general area, and each time after I get home from picking up my order there's less than even the normalamount of lettuce, so tonight I opened one of the sandwiches up when I got back into my car and sure enough there was the sameminimal amount, so I went back inside and told the young guy and he got a little bit sassy with me after i showed it to himsaying it was lots when it was clearly not, and also said that's all we can put in it because of the other vegetables in thesandwhich. What other vegetables kid? TOMATOES AND CUCOMBERS?? plenty of room to put more lettuce in the sandwhich. just pureignorance. I always asked for double toast. Lettuce were brown though. They were Generous with parmesan. Please keep it fresh. Rest workers... were better here as compared to other subways. Read more
I'm a life long Subway loyalist. I live near this location, have gone there very regularly for years. Last month a new... employee charged me double what she should have - I didn't notice at the time (my fault entirely for not noticing). When I gotthe credit card statement and realized I was literally charged double for one foot long sandwich - I decided to bring it up onmy next visit into the store, which I did. I acknowledged that I should have caught the error on the spot, but as a regularcustomer - would you do something for me? Nope, nothing, too bad so sad.
