Drinks were fine and seemed consistent compared to other locations. Customer service is unfortunately lacking. My husband and I... walked in and a girl with glasses was working alone. I said Hello and she said nothing back. When I confirmed they had almondmilk she only nodded and said nothing to us except to ask if it was to go. We felt super unwelcome. I can definitely empathizeif someone is having a bad day but a simple response back costs nothing and a lack thereof will cost you customers. Read more
Beef and chicken sausage rolls are aweful and stale. Tasted moldy. When I called to tell them.. They repeatedly denied it. I... asked if they would like to see it. Only then she offered me a refund. She then tells me they are kept in freezer and thawed outfor customers and said it needed to be warmed up. Thanks but no thanks even if it was warmed up it still tasted moldy. I took a couple sips of a Large customized drink and sat at a small corner table because that was all that was available. The... table was tiny and barely fit my laptop and books, I ended up spilling my drink. I apologized and offered to clean it up, theywere visibly irritated at me and rolled their eyes. I let it go and shortly after, ordered the same drink. She said I had to payfor it. She saw me spill it and cleaned it up, I told her it was obviously an accident but she said I had to pay regardless. Iasked for a refund and she said they had a no refund policy. Met a friend for a coffee date around 4pm on a weekday. It was fairly busy in there but we found seating. It was clean and the... cashiers were nice. Lots of parking available outside the premise.
