We live close and eat at Wendy?s often. We have had huge issues with the staff ALWAYS miss something in the bag. We started to... mark it down out of 10 visits 9 had something missed. There was no one inside to take my order. I had to yell to get someone to take my order. Then the breakfast food order was... wrong, and tasted awful. I was so disgusted I just left the food on the table and left. No point in waiting to try and getsomeone's attention to fix the problem. Disappointing. Wendy?s Canada is offering a FREE coffee promotion until September 4th. Unfortunately this location has a broken... coffee machine and is undergoing renovations. The drive thru is operational but there is no coffee? Puzzled. Coffee is a greatopportunity for brand loyalty. Read more
This Wendy's is horrible. First of all, I asked for three chicken burger combos with large fries and large drinks with one... chicken burger combo being plain. They come with three large drinks and three small fries with one burger with extra mayonnaisepickles along with the lettuce and tomato. Not only did they mess up the order but they left this long nasty dark hair and thechicken burger as if it was a condiment!! I have attached the photo with some food in between the hair after it came out of mymouth. After writing this review I realized, YUP, I guess that's why they should be wearing hair nets but no one in this placewas!!! They should have a health inspection right away. I do not recommend this Wendy's at all. However, if you enjoy your ordergetting completely backwards and hairs in your food, then please head on down. Read more

Had a bad experience here tonight. Ordered 2 dave single meals with my $13.99 coupon. Forgot to say "no onion, pickle, and... mustard" on 1 burger. I told her that while she was making it and she rolled her eyes at me and pulled the onions off. I toldher to remake it, you shouldnt pull stuff off because of allergies. When i got home the drinks were 2 different sizes. Veryunprofessional, the staff could use a lesson on customer service. Never coming back here. Read more
