Absolutely this is THE worst McDonald's in all of BC! To get our order in the drive thru we were lined up down the ROAD. Not... the parking lot, the ROAD. It took 24 minutes from the time we lined up to the time we drove off with our order in total,completely unacceptable. They are constantly either out of something or something isn't working. We stopped going inside thisrestaurant because it's so disgustingly filthy, and, slow. Now.. we will never go back even through the drive thru. Is thereanybody actually in charge here?? How can it be SO bad?? I complained numerous times via the survey on the receipt and spokewith head office, but still..... just as bad here as ever. As always, this location does not have all the hot drink options available, the self service kiosk does not work, the self serve... discs are missing, the printer is not working and worse of all it is DIRTY!!!! See pictures attached. I had to clean the tablemyself using napkins and hand sanitizer. No one available, short staffed I guess. Read more
1 star is too many. Staff extremely rude, the manager being the most rude of all. When i arrived the place was like a zoo. Lots... of customers very annoyed at how long they were waiting. So i decide to use self service kiosk, place order and theres no paperin receipt thingy. No idea what my order number is. My order is being called anyway, i sit down with 3 kids. Lots of itemsmissing from order. Rude manager demands to see my receipt to see whats missing. I tell her self service kiosk is not printingreceipts. She storms off in a tantrum. Refuses to give me my second coffee. I ask for my receipt to be printed by till to provei ordered 2. Manager refuses to print receipt and eventually gives me what i paid for. Wont be back here again. I suggest thatthey replace the manager they have in there today (September 3rd). She is horrible. Read more
My family and I come to this location quite often and always use the drive though. We have always had such wonderful experiences... when we are served by Sheryl. This place is the most incompetent McDonald's in the lower mainland. If I was the owner I would shut this place down and fire... every employee, take the loss and hire a completely different staff and train people properly from my cold soggy fries to myorange fruitopia that just tastes like water I would be embarrassed if I owned this place.
