HORRIBLE. I TOOK AN UBER $20 TO GET THERE AND BACK ONLY TO FIND THEIR PIN PAD FOR DEBIT/CREDIT WASNT WORKING PROPERLY. I PUT... MY PIN # IN IT SAID WRONG PIN 2ND TRY WRONG PIN AGAIN MY PIN # IS 4 DIGIT ONLY YET I SAW 5 ***** ON THERE I ONLY HAD ONE LASTCHANCE LEFT TO TRY BEFORE THEY WILL LOCK MY CARD. I ASKED THE TIM HORTONS WORKER TO TRY IT ON MY LSST TRY. SHE DID BUT SHEENTERED MY PIN SO FAST THAT IT NOW LOCKED MY CARD!!! I WAS FURIOUS WASTED MY TRIP WITH UBER FOR NOTHING. How do you miss simple instructions for a cheap order? asked for a chai tea w/ tea bag and I got hot chocolate.
Our family loves Tim Hortons and that?s the reason for my 5 star review. But for the customer service at this location, I would... like to rate 0 star. Such a rude staff at order taking. Poor customer service, they don?t serve any menu options during night, just the drinks. The girl on the shift was rude, might be... she doesn?t like working here, better get staff who really want to serve the customers 24 hours, otherwise no fun of displayingitems on screens overnight. Went there at 11:45 and was denied to provide any wraps, potato wedges and when asked what theyserve she said just the drinks. Even during the afternoons when I visited this location, they hardly have potato wedgesavailable I mean if you know if something from menu is on demand better have it in stock then to say so sorry it?s no moreavailable for today, the baker is no longer working.
