Dinner was great. Service was pretty good to start, but dropped a bit as business got busy. Plenty of attentive servers,... generally. Not hard to get their attention when they are busy. Food came pretty quickly and tasted so great. Items like the signature salad dish were pretty imaginative. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted great. Excellent location. It was easy to find and there was parking close by. Our waitress was very sweet and welcoming. She took the... time to answer all our questions about the menu and gave us excellent recommendations. The Tonkatsu ramen was a hit! The brothwas rich and flavourful and the toppings and noodles were delicious. My wife said it's the best ramen she's ever had! You caneven pick a side to go with the ramen for free so we picked 2 pieces of gyoza. Aburi sushi and caterpillar roll were alsodelicious and went well with the ramen.
