We visited Time Hortons at 8pm (Nov. 04, 2022), and took seats at one corner. Soon after we took the seats, a person started... throwing outside area tables and chairs in the area we were sitting (close to the door) with loud noise. When I say throwing, itwas really throwing and not putting. He then made a big stack of chairs on one side. As soon as he left, the stack of chairsfell down, and blocked the whole area, where we were sitting. No employee in the store bothered to unblock the area. We keptsitting in the blocked area until 9pm (store close time). It was not only extremely unprofessional, it was unsafe too, as theroute to exits should always be clear. Eventually at store close time, an outside person, who probably came to pick up one ofthe employees, was asked by one of the employees to remove and arrange the chairs in smaller stack. I feel sorry for Canadianbrand, as people are offering third world service, and destroying the reputation of this brand. That being said, I will willnever visit Tim Hortons again at above location. With lots of advance ordering at this location & no drive thru..the wait for walk in customers can really back up at... times. Drink or coffee only line could streamline a bit. I far prefer meet and greet w staff over pre-order and run. However,,,it would be nice to receive reasonable quick service instead of waiting a long time to order while pre-orders getpriority. Staff is very friendly..big reason why I'll wait a bit longer. Could grab&dash customers be served at a separatewindow/ counter instead of dashing in infront of waiting walk ins? Read more
Attended on evening of Oct 19, 2022. The donut was somewhat old and stale and hot chocolate was warm and flat. After Sitting... down for about 2 minutes the female server told me they were closing in 1 minute ! In other words? leave ! Will not return tothis location. She did not mention this when I ordered. I'm sure the staff is nice and doing their best, but the wait times for this Tims are way longer than any others I've been... to. There have been plenty of times when I have ordered well in advance and still had to wait another 15 minutes for somethingas simple as a grilled cheese or soup. It's a bit odd to me because sometimes there a very little to no customers when I order. Read more
