Let me start by saying that I have ordered from Tobiko for years and have enjoyed it every time. But a recent visit has made me... rethink being a customer. Yesterday, as I waited an extra hour for an online order, I watched the head chef talk down to theonly server working (as she helped a packed restaurant and oversaw pick up orders) AND argue with a customer providing polite,constructive feedback. I?ve worked in food service so I know that it can be unbelievably busy and stressful at times. And itdoesn?t help that a lot of businesses are short staffed. But that will never be an excuse to treat anyone poorly! I hope myexperience was just a one off and that things change for the better moving forward. Read more
I've been to Tobiko Sushi a number of times now recently and have enjoyed all of my meals there! These photos are from various... visits I've had at Tobiko. The sashimi/fish tastes fresh and delicious. Other outstanding menu items that I like to order arethe chicken karaage and the spicy agedashi tofu. The servers are nice and friendly. Good food! Decent prices. Seems to be a popular place! We love how they have vegetarian options as well!
Everything cooked well. The food not previously frozen. Sushi was rolled correctly. Very delicious. You only need a few things... to make the food to delicious to fabulous. Like giving small plates to eat with. Or drying out the tempora vegetables so they'renot soggy when eating them. Service was great they did everything well highly recommended. 8.5/ out of 10.
