Careless employees it?s third time today they missed couple items in our order
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a subway, I hate to write a negative review when I know the manager is... very kind. I went today to order a platter for a event. Initially the ladies were very nice. The ladies did not realize that Ispoke the same language as them. First I heard the other lady tell one not to add extra because it?s going to add more work forthem. Then I asked for mayo and mustard and so did my mom. I had to step away and when I came back to ask if they had added itthe one lady told me that my mom told them no. I asked her to add mayo and mustard and she said that she wouldn't do it becauseit is to much work for her. I then heard the ladies speaking in our language and they were not saying very nice things. I thenproceeded to tell them I understood what they were saying and they said I was lying. This is a very nice subway, I just wouldnot go when these two ladies are working. Read more
I went to get a sub on white and was told there was no white, but that it had recently come out of the oven. I told her I would... prefer a hot fresh but. She said no, it was too hot. I told her I didn't mind. She insisted I have another kind of but. Told herI dont like the other ones. She refused to accommodate me. I left.
