I visit this place almost every day and I am loving the service here. But yesterday I placed an order and when I reached to the... window, no one came there to take my money. A guy with turban was standing there and was not taking my money. Placed my tea atwindow, looked at me and left. After waiting for almost 7-10 minutes, he came and yelled at me and said ,? Open up your window,,I replied I was waiting for you . He said everyone knows this is the rule and he behaviour was not pleasing at all. I told himthat I know .. He started yelling at me and said you are disgusting. I also worked at Tim Hortons and I know how important isthe customer service. Please try to be kind, looks like he does not enjoy your work at all. Moreover, if he has any personalproblems he can not take his anger out on the customers. No one ever behaved like him. Just ordered Chicken noodles soup. The girl who took the order didn't ask me is it for here or to go...when she started packing... for "to go" ...i stopped her and told her I wana have it here...Nad I told her that I think you forgot to ask is it for here orto go....she was surprised...then she started throwing all the things on a tray in some kind of anger...I wish I could make avideo of her the way she was throwing spoons and napkins....the bun is like ice cold...soup is bland.. filled with pasta nochicken to be seen...the worst part was the service the way she handled the situation....instead of saying sorry she made myexperience more worst. Night manager (Filipino lady) provided the worst service ever, I would recommend her to be more compassionate and kind and not... argue with the customer. This manager held up the drive thru line for 25 minutes. Poor service from the managers part. Wouldnever go back if she?s working.
