My family and I had an outstanding dining experience tonight Oct 5 between 7-8pm. The service we received was above and beyond... from all the kind, hard working staff members on shift during this time. Special shout-out to Merry who was exceptional and hadher first shift tonight! Haven?t had Nando?s since the UK so had to get some. Overall the chicken, fries, and peri-peri sauce are still delicious. Just... disappointed by the rice and small portion size. Good for some fast chicken. I was visiting Surrey for the day and got hungryafter visiting Guildford Mall. This one was close by and still open somewhat late, so I decided to check it out. Parking is easyas it has its own parking out front. Inside the restaurant, plenty of seating, booths and tables, and has a fast food restaurantfamily vibe. The tables and seats are a little old and we sat ourselves. We ordered the Full Pack for 6 people and chosePERI-fries and spiced rice as our large sides. It also came with a side of garlic bread. This was about right for 6 people whowere moderately hungry but could?ve used a little more food. You go up to the counter to order. The garlic bread was crispy andgood for sharing. We got Lemon & Herb for the chicken, which tasted fantastic and well marinated. It basically was soft enoughthat it came off the bone too. The peri-peri sauce makes a good choice if you want the flavor spicier. The PERI-fries were alsocrispy and delicious, and a generous size for sharing. We were only disappointed by the spiced rice as it was essentially oneserving of rice in a small bowl. For a large side this is pretty disappointing and hard to share. It also tasted very bland. Icouldn?t taste any seasoning and it tasted like microwaved rice. There was only one waiter and there?s a 10-15 minute wait asthe food cooks, but overall service is solid. The restaurant wasn?t too loud and had a chill vibe. Overall value was good forthe amount you can get to feed 6 people. Recommend trying this place out for the peri-peri chicken and fries for a quick bite. Read more

Went in late last minute for dine in but the employees were very welcoming. We ordered a full pack first and the lady who took... our order was very friendly and later on we changed it to trimming platter and the second lady made the changes to our ordersuper quick and politely.
