My usual place to buy a drink is here. There is a woman, probably in her 50s works evening shifts. It happened today at 6:25 pm.... Whenever she works, this is how she reacts always not just one time. She is really unkind. Giving wired instructions and nofeeling of welcoming. I believe that Starbucks has always had excellent customer service, however I think people like hermaking other?s experience miserable. I'm not sure if this is how she always acts or if it's just because of racism. Read more

Very unprofessional, didn?t respond despite greeting several times, didn?t had Frappuccino, peach juice, and many more? Never... had such a bad experience before at Starbucks. Luckily, thanks to other Starbucks, we got our drinks. such a waste of time andmoney, as when we are leaving they were laughing shows they don?t care about service just passing their time.
