Been trying to give this Tim Hortons a chance to get better. it's been on and off for 3 years and I finally give up. The WORST... service. They are always short on what they offer. If you want an assorted Tim Bit box your choices are Chocolate orChocolate...Maybe if you are lucky you can get a glazed Tim Bit. The orders are right about 80% of the time....this is not agood number. You order a small coffee and get charged for a medium. or you order a medium coffee and they only fill 3/4 of thecup. If you don't have tap to pay....You are pretty much not welcomed there. Their main goal is to keep the drive throughempty. I'm surprised that they have not thrown the food bag in my car and tell me to keep moving. NO you don't have time toput away your credit card / debit card back in your wallet...Take your wrong order and just go. I am surprised that mainheadquarters has not addressed this situation. If you are from Main Headquarters, please feel free and to contact me directly. I work hard for my money and I put pride in my work no matter what it is. This place is horrible! They should consider re trained their staffs. Very rude and didnt even know how to speak in well manner.... I ask for an coffee double double and the staff shouted at me " WHAT?" Disgusting place to eat. If only i can give this place azero star! Read more
