We ordered two 12 inch medium thin crust pizza today. The butter chicken pizza was baked well and it was 12 inch, but the other... pizza we ordered, was burnt much smaller in size and was crispy with very less toppings. We had a terrible customer experience today. To begin with the person in the store is not at all welcoming. Not willing to... explain anything.A very pathetic customer service. Second we order two thin crust pizzas (pics attached) one of them was veryhard like a biscuit. And the size was also very small compared to the other. So after we came home we opened it to ourdisappointment. But we thought we should get a explanation for the quality and size so we head back to the store. This timethere is another person at the store and she looked at our pizza and said there is nothing wrong with it. Even after saying thatthe crust is like a biscuit she said that's how thin crust is. I am very disappointed by the way the people at the storereceived and interacted with the customer. Such a shame that a pizza chain franchise is not willing to hold to the standards ofthe parent company. Read more
