If I could give no stars I would! It was my first experience at this place and probably the last one. I placed a phone order of... a burger meal the girl who picked up the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me without even listening thewhole order. I went there to pick up the order after 15 minutes the order wasn?t ready then i waited for another 15 minutes. Allthe girls were standing and talking, doing nothing. I left the place and had to come back after another 10 minutes to pick upthe order. After all this wait i expected some good food but the burger was dry with no sauce in it. Would not recommend toanybody unless u have a whole lot of time to waste to get some worst quality food. Read more

8:50 p.m. September 10th - I placed an order through the website today and am incredibly unhappy with the service! I got a... confirmation email that everything had been processed. 40 minutes later I went to go pick up my order. When I got there, allthe staff was in a complete chaotic frenzy. They could not find my order, and then when they checked their server, the order hadjust come through. This is an excuse that was also used at the 96 avenue branch. And then I had to wait another 30 minutes formy order. I was offered no compensation for lost time. Instead, I had to pay for all my upgrades. Dissatisfied with theservice, dissatisfied with the nonchalant attitude of the staff regarding this type of incident, dissatisfied with the foodbeing burnt. We have been ordering from Chicken world for years and the service was consistent. Not sure what it happening nowbut management should do something about this. Read more
