One of my favorite Subways! It is right in the medical hub of Surrey Central right beside the hospital in the new building.
I used to go here all the time, staff were super friendly and inviting. I was on a first name basis with them as I worked across... the street. About 2yrs ago I went in for my regular lunch and one of the staff who I have never seen before said to me "what doyou want?". I was a little caught off guard of the lack of professionalism and service. I replied "how's your day going? istheir a special?" and she said "well you can see up on the menu". I then pulled a Karen and asked to talk to her supervisor andshe was very apologetic on her behalf. Moral of the story, speak to people the way you want to be treated. Read more
I bought a subway coupon which i got with a 25$ gift card I purchased from a different store, and I was going to get a free... subway with a coupon and they refused to give me one and asked for the gift card receipt. I of course wouldn?t carry the giftcard receipt with me and the way the employees handled the situation was wrong and disrespectful. My friend with me was going topurchase a cookie but her card got declined and they started giving us rude looks through and honestly it was just a badexperience and I have never dealt with this before at a subway store.
