This place is a joke. WARNING do NOT order any new items from this location. If it is not on the basic Tim Hortons menu there is... a 90% chance they won't have it and they will substitute it with something cheaper and you just have to live with it. The staffis incredibly slow and rude. I don't know what needs to change but something needs to change to keep up with the demand ofUniversity students and highschool students in the area. Read more

Taking too much time for mobile orders, even though 3-4 people are working. I am also from food court , but we really don't do... this, that if there is some issue, talk with customer, say sorry, you are just ignoring the customers without explaining anyreason. Read more
