Ordered a large tandoori chicken pizza. The pizza was done in 30 mins, which isn?t too long of a wait. Here?s a problem though,... the ginger. Why?! Why do you need to put ginger on a pizza??? I specifically asked not to add ginger on my pizza and literallyin my first bite I got ginger. It?s gross. I get it that it?s a south Asian flavour adopted by many south Asians but pizza is anItalian cuisine, if I wanted south Asian food, I?d order it, not Italian. Another thing, the pizza was very spicy. After secondslice I couldn?t eat anymore, my mouth was hurting. Literally. Sorry guys, not going to be ordering again, you have to advise ofthe spice levels on the menu, and follow instructions if requested not to add anything specific. Read more
We walked into the store to order pizza. Asked to replace a topping, the customer service agent said that even if you don?t want... a topping you still need to pay for it. Upon asking for a manager or a shift manager, they said that the manager is notavailable and we will have to pay by default. Worst customer service as the manager was also out partying.
