Placed an online order and realized I made a mistake on the delivery time as soon as I pushed the button. Tried to call... restaurant immediately but after being on hold for 10 minutes the call was forwarded to national call center which said theycouldn't do anything and to call the restaurant (so I was stuck in an endless unhelpful loop). Tried over and over again andcouldn't get a hold of the restaurant directly. I realize it was my mistake but people make mistakes and there should be a wayto fix it.
