Unfortunately just like the Walmart this is located in its not in the greatest shape. The pop machine was spraying water and had... no ice. No syrup in a couple selections. Food was a complete mess. Maybe they where just having a rough day. Typically it's muchbetter in there. Read more
Very clean restaurant except me and my pregnant fiancée come in with our two daughters,and we order from the kiosk, everything... is smooth until I get to the receipt of the paid order, kiosk is malfunctioning due to lack of printer paper, I wait patientlyfor our order, I receive what i thought was the full order, yet the staff neglects to tell me that in our 2 kids happy meals,there are no toys or books, after waiting g for about 8 minutes which in that time staff passed and tried to be friendlymultiple times, which we selected when ordered, until I bring the food to the table and my children are disappointed becausethey were expecting a toy, which mind you, the toy display does not inform us that they are sold out or have none in stock, lastthing is that the pop machines are warmer than the 30degree sun outside and there is no ice to cool mine and my 8 month pregnantwife's carbonated drinks... very unprofessional in my opinion, don't get children's hopes up for what they want if you cannotdeliver or an almost due pregnant woman.. me my wife and children, will NEVER come to this establishment again Read more
They did a complete turn over of this place. Cleaned it up very well and now the place is appealing. Ordering kiosks have been... installed which may take additional time but keeps the place less crowded. Read more
Terrible Terrible experience!! Two ladies were working there. I placed the order and 10 minutes later she walked to my table and... said lobby will be closing in next 10 mins. I was like what do you mean? She just walked away. Fries were cold and dry. I wentback and asked her to replace them she rudely said it would take 5 mins!! I said OK. She then started to argue that they werefresh. Told her that fries colour looked pale and they were infact cold. I asked to speak with manager she said she was themanager and refused to give me her name. 5 minutes later she yelled that fries were ready. I asked for the store manager nameshe said she was the one!! She then said to be honest I didnt have to replace the fries u should be thank ful that I did? wowwwwhat a terrible experience. If I could give no star, I will give that.. I placed an order through app at 10.00 pm, reached at 10.15 pm. Closing time was... 11.00 pm. When I reached screen showed my order No. and now serving but the girls refused to give the order. I have the pictureof it too. When requesting further for the order because of kids, the manager came out and said you can be thrown out of thestore. They said we don?t care about the app order we run the store. In response to this there was exchange of abusive languagetoo. The girls were extremely rude and impolite. This is not at all the way to talk to customer. I never had this kind ofexperience at any restaurant. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I don?t know how could this type of people be placedas working staff. Read more
