I tried to used the restroom before I made my purchase. No tissue in the dispenser so I went back to the counter and was... informed this restaurant had lost the key to their cleaning supplies and the dirty roll of paper towel is all that isavailable. I've been calling in my orders a half hour ahead of my pickup time required. On a regular basis for the past several months.... Because whenever I show up on my lunch . After driving to the store waiting to have my sandwich made and driving back to work. Ihave no time to eat my lunch. Literally. I don't use the app because the app sucks. Every time I've tried to place an orderthrough it, it doesn't go through. And then I end up more frustrated than I was when I began the process. Today I called toplace my order and was asked if they could call me back. I understand you're busy. So I said sure. But I didn't get a call back.And with only 10 minutes until my lunch starts, I called back. . I'm not trying to be rude.
