First of all i called them 6 times to place a pickup order, every-time they picked but did not speak.. after going there I... ordered for a crispy chicken with extra sauce and chocolate croissant.. girl taking my order didn?t even know what sauce I?mtalking about she took so long to calculate and then my sandwich came with extra chicken patty with almost no sauce.. it wasn?teven crispy or cold.. croissant was also not fresh. Horrible customer service. The store had 10 employees who were running around like headless chickens. Firstly, for 15 mins... nobody came to the register to take the order. Once the order was taken, the staff preparing the order missed it and 10 peoplewere served who ordered behind me. When asked about the status of the order, I was informed that there was no such order andthat I was never charged. Upon showing them the receipt they agreed to prepare the order which took them another 20minutes. An urge to the management to look into the training of staff and try to solve the issues. Read more
This place was amazing once upon a time many many years ago. Now it?s a dump. Store is a sticky mess wherever you step. Lineups... are long and often out the door. There are many people behind the counter but I can?t decipher what it is they are doing. Drivethrough is no exception. The cars are often backed up and blocking access for traffic. Staff was so rude they need trainiing how to treat customer. This is the worst Tim Hortons in Bc Worst experience I ever had ... the girls they're argue ???????? with customers , and most off all as a restaurant sanitization is essential . I have beencoming the last 3 weeks what I observed was dirt not only the table in between the seats and wall is disgusting . It reallyneed inspected bei some one. Read more
