Terrible service : We were a group of 3 people and went to dine in over the weekend. The whole restaurant was almost empty and... yet our service was so poor. Very long wait times. The server took the drinks and the food order and never returned . The drinksarrived with the food . It felt like as if they threw everything on the table altogether for us to eat and leave. The pizza andthe chicken was served cold. Extremely unhappy and would never recommend this BP to anyone to dine in. Such a waste of money !They truly need to work on their service . Read more
Worst experience at this place. server one with glasses don’t know the name because she doesn’t told us was so rude ,full of... attitude. We were ordering the food she didn’t even listened completely and she just gone in between. Then we ask for dippingsauce 2 times one time with wings that doesn’t arrive, then again we asked dipping sauce for pizza. However by the time shebrought sauce pizza was already cold. Even having bad experience we give her $100 for order that was $77 and asked to cut $90 .We don’t what was wrong with her, she returned the full change in attitude. Ordered an item, received said item and it was supposed to have mushroom and spinach as per the title of the item “Mushroom... and Spinach Bake”. there was no mushrooms so I inquired and was told sorry we don’t have any and I was just informed. Noadjustment to the bill for missing a main ingredient or offer to change it out. I didn’t even eat much and wait staff couldprobably see that and didn’t even offer a to go container . Partner received a burger with a burnt but. This location at onepoint was ok but now it’s just bad. For 70 bucks we should have stayed home or hit up the save on foods in that complex andbought frozen meals would have got more bang for the buck. That was my last time at a Boston pizza. Read more
Awful Restaurant. Service was abysmal, 35 minutes for drinks, no quality check on food, overcharged bills. Food was horrid.... Grilled chicken club was obscenely dry, pizza had way too much sauce. Bathroom was in awful condition and has the most vomitinducing colour scheme imaginable. Single stall restroom. Bottom line is management team of this establishment should beembarrassed. Everything about my experience was horrible. Do not recommend this or any other Boston Pizza location. Read more

This Boston pizza is disgusting!! Seriously need to do something about the fruit fly infestation in the restaurant… couldn’t... even dine in without MULTIPLE fruit flies flying around myself and in my food. I didn’t even finish my meal here because I wasdisgusted and felt like puking. I will never be coming back to this location as I don’t feel safe to eat the food and DO NOTrecommend this location to ANYONE. Will be in contact with Fraser health after my recent visit here.
