25cents for a Bag to just fill Pakoras. Ordered Veg Pakora. I will not say any negative about Veg Pakora. But added 25cents for... bag. I asked her, what if I don't paid 25cents for bag, will you give me in hand? She replied- that's not her problem. Myquestion is - Are they charge for sweet boxes, pizza boxes, or to pack Curry and Roti? Why for just the Pakora? If I boughtPakora packet and other stuffs, then it's fine to charge for another bag. But just to drop those pakoras in an very thin brownbag is seems they don't want to run long. At the end, I have to hold the bag nearby me at passenger seat. Because it's notsealed. She just dropped and gave. At the end, it's not a matter of 25cents. Matter is - Unprofessional Behavior. Unethicalway. Illogical work. Childish answer. Irresponsible response. wish i could give less than 1 star. Worst customer service i've ever seen. First they charged me for drink that i didn't even... order. I had ordered Mix pakora and gulabjamun for pickup.When i came back home after pickup i noticed they have given me chanasamosa instead. I called them and they told me to come back and lady said someone from kitchen packed the wrong order. When ireached the restaurant the girl on counter was so full of attitude as it is my fault. I handed them back chana samosa and theygave me pakora's in a bag(not even in a box). Then they again open the bag in front of me and put chatni (which they forgotbefore,apparently) when i was about to exit the restaurant another lady came out and said "We don't need these samosas take itwith you" They didn't even apologise for their mistake and their way of talking was as they are giving me free food. I ordered Samosa?s and staff said they are out of samosas at the moment but can make fresh ones. I waited about 20 minutes and... samosas were like no taste at all. No salt, just tasteless potatoes and samosa shell which looks very dry as well. Very badexperience with staff and with food. Will never go again.
