After having first few days of Yogi's kitchen food. I have to say that I haven't had this kind of food in past few years. The... taste makes me feel like a home made food. And gives a really satisfying experience. Quantity - 10/10, quality - 10/10, andservices 2/10. Edit: 11/11/22 - I have noted that after this review the tiffin service continued to have inaccurate packingservice with pack of sabji/roti/rice or some times the extra food which is ordered is even not there. It's not very reliable incontext of order accuracy. And don't have much to offer to make better customer service gesture for the complaints. Thecomplaints are not being taken in consideration even after 2-3 times the problem was raised. They call of marketing andsubscription never give a call if they have missed something in your order. They wait for you to complain and whenever customercomplain they just offer credit. Which really doesn't help you to have a meal which was missing in the order. Read more

There food is just pathetic. I can't express how dissatisfied I am with their services. When you buy the subscription they... deliver on time and after a few days they start showing their true colours. I remember once they delivered food at 12 o'clock atnight. They sent these rice, they smell awful.When I called them up all they could do is apologize. Unfortunately, there was a live cockroach found in my meal a month ago... When I complained, I was told this will never happen... again and the person in charge accepted the mistake after looking at the videos but forced me to keep the subscription going asthis will never happen again. He would not listen to no for an answer! I agreed as I had been using Yogi's for 2-3 years now.But that was not the only issue! The food was never delivered to my apartment and instead was always left in the lobby (downtownVancouver). This happened during prime work hours where I had to leave my meeting to pick up my food as there have been manyinstances of food getting disappeared (again downtown....). This happened daily for a year and then covid happened so that wasthe reason. I ended up asking for a refund as I could not be bothered with so many inconsistencies. Lo and behold, it's almostbeen a month since I started the refund process and every time I reach out to them, it's 24-48 hours for refund, which hasn'thappened yet and today as well I have been told to wait till tuesday (Today is Saturday). I was a legit loyal customer of Yogi'swho recommended this service to all university friends but after seeing those images, it's really up to you to decide if you'dlike to subscribe to this service. I don?t order food from yogi regularly but the quality and quantity has been consistent so far. Good taste and good hygienic... packaging. It?s 50 to 70 bucks per month costlier than others but worth it. Sameeksha is doing a great job at handling customercare. Kudos! Suggestion : hire more drivers to improve delivery schedule. Update after 1 month usage Delivery timing has improved most of the time. But I now keep backup food handy. It is a good value... add to my busy life. Changing rating from 1 to 4. ???? I?m a customer who just finished the 1 week trial and renewed for 3months subscription. Food - good variety, even spicy option is pretty mild. Containers and presentation is good. Food feelssolid. Cuts junk food snacking. Can select in advance using the app. Delivery - haphazard. NOT dependable. One day it comes at12:30pm. On another day it comes at 2:45pm. When I transitioned from trial to subscription my 2 remaining days got lost in aglitch and I was left waiting for the food to arrive. Only when I called customer care did they promptly tell me about theglitch. Yesterday I received no food at all. No warning or prior intimation. When I called customer care they said it was gasline problem. Nobody told me. Of the 6 days I have eaten their food, 3 days I have been hungry/left hanging/ made to order Ubereats in the last minute.
