It was a very bad experience. Its a ridiculous service and poor management. I am their regular customer. Always has to wait in... line for a long time as all cashiers are busy to take drive thru orders.It was just a coffee order still they messed up. Theydon't even check the cup, my cup was broken and the cap was loose. They did not even titan the cup lid. I came to my car andsuddenly saw the coffee split all over in my car because the cup was broken. I grabbed that cup to throw it but my dress got wetwith coffee. O my God , I was so done at that time.
