-This particular franchise can no longer deliver consistently hot or even warm product. They are deceitful. This is not an... indictment of their corporate headquarters, or other franchises, just the Guildford Mall franchise. - Just saying, I learned howto cook pizza in school. Worked in a pizza take-out. Prepared pizza, delivered pizza, ate quite a bit of pizza, all whilelistening to AM radio. - Have been eating here once or twice a week for some time. - Earlier this year it was $2.75 for a sliceof feast pizza, it is now $3.50. After the latest increase, they no longer display prices adjacent to the product. One must lookbelow the "warmer"/display case, where they are obvious only to a baby sitting in a stroller. Sad, but true. - Alternatively,you can check their flashing overhead screen each time you visit, waiting and watching to see what the new slice price is. -Really don't mind paying the price increases, just don't serve cold or lukewarm pizza slices. Some free advice follows: - Don'tturn your back on the customer when he/she is making a valid complaint, even if their race is different from yours. You are themanager of the franchise, try to be professional. - Don't blame the customer for not recognizing the price increases. Make theprices obvious before the customer orders, like last week. - Don't blame the customer when the pizza is not warm, your staffsaid it had just come out of the oven, or that it would be warmed adequately before they served it. - Good luck with yourattitude and franchise. Hopefully you have the humility to recognize that both of these need some improvement. - When/if theservice here improves, I recommend the Veggie Feast with pineapple. I went to order a pizza and I politely asked the guy working there to use different tongues and he nodded but ended up using the... same ones. I asked him at cash again and said sorry if I?m being annoying but I noticed you used the same tongues and he replied?I don?t have time for this so if you want to order do it now? or something along those lines. That?s honestly verydisrespectful and I?ll never come here again along with my friends. All I did was request clean tongues that were right besidethe dirty one he picked up. I wish I could give zero star for this store and their rude staffs and management. I ordered a extra large chicken BBQ pizza... without bacon, first time they give me a wrong pizza , I returned next time the Indian guy (jazz) he was very rude gave me a raw, uncooked pizza which the chicken was totally raw . If you like cold pizza and flat pop this is your spot, been here many times and every time I have to ask them to reheat the... slice 3 maybe more times because they don't leave it in long enough and I get a grumpy look because I asked for longer time andthey throw it in for literally 10 more seconds, also seen them stack a pizza onto of another pizza that was cooking and thepizza touched a gross black part of the oven, the pop is also practically flat just tastes like syrup and water, don't think illbe back for a while hopefully this review can change their idea of serving customers cold pizza and flat pop. Other than thatits pizza its good lol this location just isn't the best. Read more
