My $30 box of buns taste and feel like 2 day old???? not the quality we?re used to. We won?t be back

This particular location charges extra for fresh orders! The 6 packs are pre made buns from the day before according to the... staff but after bringing them home tasted pretty dry and stale even after heating up Yesterday?s cinnamon buns?..no thanks Ipurchased a 6 pack plus another large bun and had to negotiate for fresh buns?it was a big deal? If you want to purchase 6fresh buns, they charge extra. There 6 packs are 23-25 dollars on the board yet when you purchase 6 fresh ones the price Jumpsto $35 plus tax My total for 7 buns collectively came to almost $50 after tax lol Nonsense..consistently stale buns unlessrequested fresh. Service here is abysmal. We were standing by the cash register for 5 minutes while the Asian lady working there just looked at... us over and over and didn?t even serve us. Then someone came behind us and she served her and let her pay while we hadn?t evenordered. Like really, how pathetic! Read more

I went to this location to pick up two Cinnamon Buns. Upon eating them they were both very dry and tasted quite funky, their was... not much glaze too or moistness. I went back to grab some water and noticed the women working their was throwing away the batchof cinnamon buns which she served us two from. Immediately I noticed she served us old expired products, we began to feel verysick after we got home. I will be following up with Food safe BC and WorkSafe BC for the food born illness obtained from thislocation. Read more

Went in on my break to grab a cinnamon mini twist. Staff wasn?t pleasant as she was working by herself and clearly had her hands... full. The twist was hard so it went into the trash. Double check your food to make sure it?s fresh before leaving. Read more
