This is my first visit to a Carl's Jr restaurant in Canada. Suffice to say it was a tremendous flop. I already ordered two... cheeseburger meals which came with fries and two sodas. We were given our food the counter, then we walked over to a tablenearby open the burgers took a bite, both were lukewarm. I gave up on eating this almost warm Burger about halfway. The frenchfries were also warm, after I expressly asked at the counter for hot fries. They look like they had been sitting around for awhile possibly being reheated. Very disappointing, and unfortunate considering we live less than a 10-minute walk to therestaurant. Read more
Only 2 customers before me, yet waited almost 20 min for their The Carl combo. Girl at till finished the order for the guy in... front of me, then play with her phone for 5 min before serving me. Then when my food was ready, they gave it to the wrongcustomer, so I have to wait again. Tables were super dirty, no one cleans them. And my God, both burger and fries were cold. Beware of false advertising. They advertise $3.99 for a famous star with cheese, but charge you $6.99 ?unless you ask for it?.... I was shocked when i saw my receipt and then cashier told me ?I had to ask for it? to get the discount, ive never had to ask fora promotion that is advertised in a shop?s window.
