Cannot believe some things at McDonald's in 21st century. A multigrain, healthy breakfast sandwich is non-existent. Place was... filthy on floors and tables. I had to search around for a semi-clean one. There are NO RECYCLING BINS anywhere for my plasticcup nor the plastic coffee lid. It all goes to regular garbage in our Greater Vancouver landfill. Like seriously? Thousands oftimes a day just locally at this one restaurant. Where is government legislation in this? Seems like a farce that we get rid ofplastic straws, but still no recycling. This place was disgusting, the restraint was filthy. Over 20 minutes for a simple egg McMuffin meal. The bathroom was unusable... due to it being so dirty. 2/3 toilets were clogged and there was no soap and now paper towel. The manager seemed to only careabout getting her drive through times down as she keeps screaming it for the whole restaurant to hear. While the people on frontcounter were clearly struggling. Definitely avoid this place. Read more

Place was dirty. I tried to take pictures and video to send to head office but they freaked out not letting me have my order... letting it get cold until they saw on my phone that I deleted it. They are very slow but delete them on their screens to make itlook like they are serving food quickly. They ignore customers that walk up to ask for something. Everytime I order deliverythey make a mistake. I ordered a peppermint shot in my coffee and they said it wasn't on the receipt and for me to bring it into prove it.
