I was told it would take 15 minutes. Took me 30 minutes to get my order while a dozen people got their order that came after me.... And this is after letting them know I?m still waiting for me order a couple times. I?m so incredibly disappointed. I will nevercome here again. Chicken World on 96 and 128 is way better anyway. Worst customer service. I did not receive my large potato salad the KFC team blames the Uber driver but it was stapled shut when... I received the order. After I explain this to them they say we packed it a 100%; basically accusing me of lying. Why would Iwaste my time letting them know instead of eating my food. I didn?t even want anything from them because I was not going todrive back to get it but just an acknowledgment of there mistake which they refused. Not to mention the very rude customerservice.
