For some reason they had the front doors locked when I went at 8:30 and drive thru was very busy. Had made a mobile order and... since I had to wait in the drive thru so long my food had gotten cold. Read more

Asked for all white meat as I do not like dark meat. Husband was told no, you get what you get. Never had an issue getting all... white meat there before. Not sure why it's an issue now.
