If i could give 0 stars i would right now. So disappointed in country style today, i went through the drive thru this morning... Jan 18th at approximately 9:30 am. Asked for my favourite sandwhich which happens to be a western, i thought i was getting mywestern wasnt told anythimg different until after we drive away and i go to eat. Well let me tell u we went back. On mysandwhich was mayo and lettuce which is never usually on a western. The lady working told me after letting me drive awaythinking my order was right that they didnt have onion or red peppers. So im sorry for storming back in but next time let meknow before hand that u dont have this and had to substitute i just would have not gotten the sandwhich. Do not ever try to justmake a different sandwhich and not tell the paying customer? Who does that?! Would love to speech to management as i feel thesituation was handled poorly. Read more
