I mean this is probably going to seem petty but we ordered two of the festive specials and one of them was supposed to have... seasoned fries and of course we get it home and it doesn?t. The problem for us is we live out in the country and it?s notpractical to return to get the order corrected so it just turns out to be a disappointment. When we got there to pick up ourorder there was no one in the restaurant and no one waiting to pick up n order ahead of us or behind us so it?s not like it wasa ?really busy night? situation. And the order was done online so like, you can just look at it anytime to make sure it?s right.It?s not the first one that we got wrong and e don?t order Swiss Chalet as takeout often, usually we eat in the restaurant soall this really means is when we consider take out Swiss Chalet will join Burger King s one of the places we won?t considerordering from because it usually ends up in n annoying experience. I ordered quarter chicken, (white meat) meal with French fries through the drive thru. When I opened the bag there was no... cutlery, no butter for my dinner roll and the piece of chicken was actually smaller then my dinner roll, it was literally just adrumstick!! This dinner alone, is over $30 these days and we will not take a chance again. We orderedearly in the dinner hour so it makes no sense that the ribs should have been in such a condition.
