Normally I get great service here. And you know, if it was a one time mistake I probably wouldn't care so much. But this is the... FOURTH time I have ordered a bagel BELT from this location and received a soggy bagel, with a piece of sausage and some cheeseslapped on it. No lettuce, no tomato, nothing but sausage and egg. Now I get it, mistakes happen. But when I'm at the drive thruspeaker trying to order and the girl on the other side can't take a minute away from giggling and whispering to her co-workerwhile I'm trying to order to ensure it is entered correctly, I would call that not caring, rather than a simple mistake.
