Worst customer service experience! Asked the girl if she can wash her hands before putting gloves on. She said yes and walked... to the indian guy, said something and never came out till the guy finished with the other customer and I was about to pay for mysandwich. Not very friendly! Read more

Worst customer service ever. We ordered online about half an hour before we were ready to pick it up. We paid online, and the... order was confirmed. About 10 minutes before we were to pick it up, we got an email saying the order was canceled and to speakwith the store. We tried to call and they would not answer the phone. So I went into the store to speak with them. I actuallywas able to speak with the franchise owner who happened to be helping make sandwiches. He had no explanation and was less thanhelpful. He shrugged his shoulders when I asked why the order had been canceled. I asked about already paying for the order andhe said the money would be refunded sometime between the next couple hours and next couple days. No offer to make the sandwicheswhile I stood there no offer to try and figure out why the order had been canceled, just dismissive and a shrug of theshoulders. I would not recommend this location.
